Man’s Vs. Woman’s Memory?
So, I’ve been wondering….who has a better memory? This is quite a vague question b/c it appears that there are many types of things that we have to remember in life. There is short term and long term memory and then we have facts that we remember and then there are also mundane matters that we have to remember.
From my experience it appears that women are VERY good at remembering facts, but when it comes to remembering a mundane matter they tend to forget. Obviously, my observations are limited to the women in my life so that’s why I’m posting here. I just want to get everyoen else’s opinions and feedback.
Let me give an example to clear thigns up. I know this girl who’s a straight A student, very smart, can read a book really fast, can debate very easily, has a FULL scholarship BUT yet at times I wodner. Yesterday I called her and we talked for a couple minutes and then she was like “let me call you right back” b/c she was getting dressed. So I said cool, no prob. But then she did

The reason she did not call you back because it was not on her priority list. We put what is most important on top of our list. Talking trivia or small talk on the phone we can do anytime of the day or in the evening when there is more time.
Women are good at multi-tasking, but talking on the phone limits you to just one or two chores at a time.
Our memory is just as good as men, maybe better. The minute you turn against us we will re-hash all those bad moments in the past when you promised to call and never did.
I don’t think this can be a simple MAN/WOMAN answer, it’s alot more complicated than gender and there are alot more things to factor into the equation.
There have been experiments and men tend to have better short term memory and women stronger long term memory in general.
