B complex vitamins, especially B12 have a demonstrated scientific positive impact on memory.
Vitamin C, beta carotene, iron, zinc,and folic acid also have an impact on memory. A really good, fresh, multivitamin is the place to start and then supplement with extra single doses of the ones I have mentioned. I would not go over 3 or 4 times the MDA.
