How Do You Get Rid Of The Pouch On Women After Having A Baby?

My girlfriend has had a child and wants to get back in shape, but is having a problem getting rid of this area. She is considering cosmetic surgery, but can working out get rid of it?

surgery should be used as a last resort, diet and exercise should help. somw women don’t have too much of a problem, for many others it is a BIG problem…..you should ask a nurse for advice

Yes, it can, and is a much safer and better alternative than surgery, especially if you consult a personal trainer who can customise specific exercises to target that area in particular.. Your friend will need to be patient though – her excess tummy won’t go away overnight.

Working out isn’t going to give you the body you had pre-pregnancy sadly to say. It can give you good results but an individual won’t go back to exact pre-pregnancy body. Some achieve better results than others of course.
