So many women today strive to alter their appearance through cosmetic surgery and alteration. It seems so fake to me and I was just wondering why people do it. Shouldn’t people accept themselves as they are? There is no need for botox, collagen, or silicone. It seems kinda disgusting.

Who cares more a out their physical appearance?
I said both gender do care about their physical apperance, but female cares more.
I have to support my claim with stat and evidence.

Since women can now have plastic surgery done to replace their lost hymens, can I have my foreskin replaced? Will this negate the contract my Doctor made for me with God when I was born by removing it?

I read an article about this last night and it’s got me curious.

If he is over 18, in good health and not playing a competitive sport.
Right now the government says it’s illegal. But it’s totally legal for fat women to take diet pills with nasty side effects (more dangerous than steroids) and cosmetic surgery.
It should also be noted that there are more deaths from diet pill overdoses and botched plastic surgeries than steroid overdoses.

I had gastric bypass surgery last April and now I feel much better. The surgery was a success and I’ve lost alot of weight. I’m 52 years old… the skin is sagging now… I’m not asking for you to donate money. I’m asking if you know where I could get some financial assistance to reshape the body I’m in now. Cosmetic surgery is so expensive and I work every single day, but I can’t afford it on my own. Obesity is a horrible disease and very dangerous. I’m thrilled that I had the bypass surgery but I appreciate the fact that I feel so much better. I’m not a beauty queen… I just want to feel comfortable in a 52 year old woman’s body and look as good as I feel. Your answers are all welcome and appreciated. Thank you.

it seems that things are getting extremely out of hand when normal women are running to cosmetic surgeons to be cut on in that area. is it just me or is that an alarm bell for society? (i’m definitely not opposed to cosmetic surgery or to looking beautiful, especially for your man, but this seems a little scary to me)….ps. i’m not talking about a woman who has a horrible disfigurement, but just normal, average women in general.

Did you know your tax dollars are paying for overweight wives of servicemen to get Gastric bypass? They also pay for breast augmentation when the woman has no physical reason to receive them, i.e. health, accidents. I don’t find this appropriate. Do you? Why are we paying for this when the troops are the ones who need the money?
And yes, I do know the women who have had this done.

I was watching this tv show, the swan the other day. If you aren’t aware – the programs about “ugly” people who become “beautiful” by cosmetic surgery!
Some of the women have major facial reconstruction. Okay, yeah it makes them feel more confident – but is this right?
What kind of world is this where we can’t be ourselves? Where everythings judged on outside appearance and we’re so ashamed by our flaws that we change ourselves to be more accepted by society.
Everyone has flaws even the women in magazines
