Better Teeth Caring Tips? Good Brushes, Toothpaste, Etc?
Ive always just brushed my teeth with a regular brush, dont eat much sweets or anything, don’t have cavities.. but i also want to avoid it.. i really wanna make sure i dont get any.
So, can you recommend a good tooth brush (electrical maybe) or toothpaste/tooth care items?
except flossing! i just cant do it.. dont ask me why i just cant, i used to always and id always accidentally rub the gum to hard.

haha i hate flossing but i have to do it cuz i have braces. i dont like it either!
TOOTHPASTE: Crest day and night toothpaste. Colgate total, or Colgate advanced health.
TOOTHBRUSH: Oral B electrical toothbrush (reccomended by dentists)
If flossing is an issue, try an irrigator instead, like a Water Pik. (Only naming names because it’s the one I know; there are a few others available.) Get the one with the biggest water reservoir you can find– I think they’re 500 ml– and use one reservoir-full for each row of teeth.
My hygienist told me to get one, and even though I was a twice-daily flosser, I still ended up with gum issues that the Pik seems to be helping with. It takes about as long as a conscientious flossing, but it’s more gentle and more effective.
change your toothbrush every 3 months..use mouthwash because there are more germs on the tongue..toothbrush after a meal in a circular motion,up and down movement is not effective..see your dentist for more reliable advises..
