My daughter has this same problem, not many dentists are going to pull them yet the canines are the most difficult to fall out. They will want to wait awhile and hope nature takes its course even after the new ones are alreay fully out. If after a while say a year or so if no change then they will consider pulling them. It is a very common problem and nothing to worry about, it just looks funny and bothers us more than them. My daughter is now almost 12 and they are just now considering pulling her left one and giving her braces. Don’t worry just yet. The best you can do is have the dentist keep an eye on them and help him to not be insecure about it, that alone is going to be worse than the teeth alone.

to take care of them, brush as thorough as possible. if the primary tooth is wiggly..the pop it out! of not some professional assistance will be needed. where the crowding is mentioned…there is orthodontic consultations that may be free of charge. there the orthodontist can talk about treatment options and financial assistance/options. some orthodontists like to see the children with crowding issues sooner than other cases because they may be able to work with the growth of the child allowing the natural growth to aid in the moving of teeth as opposed to having to move them risking root resorption. the first step would be to visit your general practice dentist and then get a referral to the ortho office. good luck!

pull the baby tooth if its wobbly. that happened to me 1 time but it was fine. tell her to try another dentist they might do something

he needs to go to a dentist to have some extracted and then go to an orthodontist to get braces

get the baby ones taken out or else the others are going to cost a lot later to get braces to straighten them
