How Can We Take Care Of Our Teeth?
1. Brush three times a day (after each meal). Take the time to brush properly and remember: your upper teeth you brush it with a movement up to down, your lower teeth you do it with a movement down to up. The top of your molars you brush it with a circular movement.
2. Floss daily.
3. Do not force your teeth doing things you shouldn’t do ( bitting pencils, ice, etc).
4.Don’t exaggerate with food that is too sweet (including soda) and fast food.
4. Visit your dentist every 6 months for a general check up and a cleaning.

Brush your teeth regularly (2-3 times per day) with a soft bristled toothbrush… always brush for at least 2 minutes using a circular motion or a sweeping motion away from the gumline. Brushing back and forth can cause tooth abrasion from the force. Make sure to floss at least once a day. And make sure to see your dentist every 6 months for a routine cleaning and exam. If caries (cavity) are found at an exam, make sure to get it filled as soon as possible.
Brush ‘em after each meal.
Use dental floss every night.
And visit your dentist twice a year !
Cheers !
Are you being serious by asking this question?
Brush them when you get up in the morning, when you go to bed at night….and preferrably after you eat meals. Make sure you floss, floss, floss….gotta get those food particles out of in between there. Try not to eat real hard candies that can chip your teeth or wear down the enamel
Brush 3 times daily and floss at least once. Try to stay away from sodas of drinks that are high in sugars, as sugar rots your teeth.
by brushing dahhhhh!
