A tooth cavity can be *restored* by good habit if it is not too deep.
Use a good toothpaste containing fluoride. Maybe visit your chemist and ask if there are any specially fluoridated toothpaste. Brush your teeth throughly twice a day. Make sure you brush all the surfaces. Pay extra attention to your front teeth with the cavity. Use dental floss. Use it so you dislodge all the plague sitting on the teeth beside the gum. Mouthwash does little without good brushing and flossing.
Also, reduce your intake of sugary/acidic/carbonated food/drinks. They are bad for your teeth. If you have to drink say coke, use a straw, it helps as it bypass your teeth. Also rinse your teeth

nothing too hot or cold. nothing too acidic or sweet. if it hurts, you can get some over the counter gel that numbs the pain. just go to any pharmacy. good luck!
