You can go to the groomers to get it done
Also eventually you will have to go to the vet who will put your dog under anesthesia and clean the dog’s teeth

you can have a vet look and schedule a dental for the dog, my vet can take mouth x-rays and do a full dental procedure on my dog. call your vet and make an appt. they will probably clean most of the teeth but extract the rotten teeth.

You should be brushing your dogs teeth. You can buy a little green brush that gos over your thumb like a tack. Then you can buy him some doggy toothpastes.
