Go to walmart and buy a mouthguard. You can mold it to your mouth and stop the damage.

yup – you can buy a gum sheild to wear at night instead of wearing your teeth down. (do you like how I did that?)

It won’t cause cavities but it will cause your teeth to wear down and it make cuase you to break or crack your teeth which will cost you lost of money in the long run. You should make an appt with your dentist and talk to him/her about what’s going on. They have what is called a Night Guard. The assistant will take impressions of your teeth and then send them to the lab to make the night guard and then you will come back in a couple wks and it will be fitted and adjusted. It affixs to you upper teeth in most cases and the other side is smooth so give your teeth somthing smooth to grind on. The popping is a degree of TMJ..tempromandibular Joint disfunction. You just need to go to your dentist

It will not cause cavities. And the popping is most likely TMJ
