The answer of first question:
——————————-
Reasons of gum bleeding may be from A-**LOCAL** reasons such as:
1-Calculus accumulation which acts as sharp knives upon the gums and also make bacteria and food to accumulate upon it,and thus worsen its condition.(So u must visit ur dentist to remove it if it is present as it can’t be removed by tooth brush)..
*calculus means very thick layer of plaque accumulation.
2-Iregular use of tooth brush and dental floss,as the first make the gum more healthy by making a massage to it which promote the blood circulation and prevent its inflammation and of coarse remove the food debris, dental floss removes the food debri which present in between the teeth where the dental brush can’t reach.
3-Present of POCKETS between the teeth..even if you use the tooth brush regulary it will gum will bleed from this pockets so u need to visit the dentist to clean them.
B-** SYSTEMIC** reasons:
1-Low level of Vitamin C which can easily(if it is mild) conpunsated by eating or drinking oranges,lemons..etc ,but if it is severe u will need to ask ur dentist to prescribe vitamin c capsules.
2-Diabetes.but if u regularly use tooth brush and dental floss the gum will be healthy.
The answer of second question:
——————————-
correct technique to brush the teeth is to move the brush gently from the gum surface toward the teeth so it’ll be in the upper teeth from upward to downward and in the lower teeth from downward to upward, this the correct one but don’t forget the insider surface of the lower and upper teeth as this mainly the site of plaque accumulations.
“Note”At first gum will bleeds every time u use the brush in the first 3 days then bleeding will stop only in case if there is not any Calculus present.
**One should knows that plaque is a normal pheneomena in the mouth ,it occures after 12 hours from brushing .
