Do I Need A Referral For Wisdom Teeth Removal?
doesnt it cost more to get general anesthesia? What are the other options i could do besides that and what would be the cheapest? I wouldn’t really care if im awake

Before the Dentist will extract the wisdom teeth, they will take x-rays, if they see a problem then they will refer you to the oral surgeon for removal. If everything is OK then the dentist should be able to remove them for you. You can call the dentists office and ask what the charge is for wisdom teeth extraction and see what they have to offer, for payment methods to keep costs down
Some dentists don’t do wisdom teeth removal.If yours can it would be cheaper to get the dentist to do it under local anesthetic.I had to have an oral surgeon take mine out under general anesthetic and it was quite expensive.The dentist might want to do one tooth at a time (say one a week).My dentist referred me to the oral surgeon.
