How Would One Suggest Strengthening Teeth?
Okay. So, I was examining my teeth in the mirror and discovered that two of my bottom teeth were shaking. They are PERMANENT teeth!!!!!!!!! I take care of my teeth, brushing them as often as possible. I don’t want to lose them! My smile is my best feature! I had visited the dentist a couple of months ago (no cavities or whatever!). I have really sensitive gums though…sometimes they bleed when I brush my teeth…I’m so completely shocked. Can someone help me out?

‘shaking’ sounds like it is a bit more than physiological movement and along with bleeding on brushing it is suggesting that you have periodontal disease.
See your dentist again and make sure he examines your gums and gives you instructions to improve the way you brush and floss your teeth.
Bleeding when you brush is an indicator that there is inflammation of the gums. It may make you think that you should avoid brushing but this would be the worst thing to do. It is very important that youj brush and floss regularly. Search for the Bass technique for brushing.
All teeth have a little bit of movement. This is normal. If your gums are bleeding when you brush however this could be a sign of more serious gum disease. You should see your dentist to determine if you have gum disease or not. Maintain good oral hygiene and continue to see your dentist regularly to save your teeth.
All teeth have a little movement . don’t wiggle on them too much .bleeding gums are not a good sign – this could be gingivitis.
