Rinse your mouth with warm salt water several times a day that will help and cold ice packs on your cheeks 3 or 4 regular advil a soft diet nothing that would irritate your gums. and you coul use a tiny bit of Anbesol. Feel Better

You can take Tylenol…but nothing containing aspirin. Also try ice packs for pain relief. You can call the emergency room for more instructions on what to do thru the night

It is up to the patient to make sure all after-care instructions are clear. Call or go by the office and make sure you understand.

Keep them clean.Your mouth needs to get used to them.It will get easier.
