Are My Teeth Supposed To Hurt After Having 3 Fillings For My Cavities?
I had 3 teeth filled in about 2 or 3 weeks and now when i chew on that side of my mouth, it hurts. And when i drink something cold, it hurts too. At first i didnt care because i thought it would go away quick but now its starting to get annoying. Is this normal or a sloppy job from the dentist? If its normal, will it go away sooner or later?

Absolutely normal. You may feel sensitivity to cold for a few weeks then it should Start to diminish. As far as pain when chewing this means the fillings may be to high and need to be adjusted. Do you feel like they are high when you chew? If so this is why you are experiencing discomfort. Call the DDS that did the fillings and tell him you need to have them adjusted because it hurts when you chew and I can guarantee he will do just that. Good Luck!
it happen to me same thing
i still waiting a few weeks.
1 year ago i don,t have medicare and he said my teeeths are good.
after 1 year i got job and medicare.
i went bach to dentist and he said 6 of my teeth have to fill and he did those .

i had a root canal….( it hurt like hell lol ) after root canal she filled my tooth. it still hurt me wen i ate and drank cold water for about a week or 2….but now its fine, so i would giv it anutha week see how it goes, but if it still giving you problems, get back to dentist lol.
I ALOS HAD MY TOOTH EXTRACTED YESTERDAY!!! PPL SAY IT NOT SUPPOSE TO HURT BUT THE DENTIST MUST NOT LIKE ME BCOZ IT HURT!!!!
Not to sound bitter but you really should talk to a dentist about this not off online. Well you can but don’t take any of it serious? I got advice on my teeth from here it did not work! I wanted to sue the person but it was my fault SEE A DENTIST
the dentist likely did not drill out all the cavity. you need to get it redone. possible root canal, possible tooth extraction with implant, mucho $.
Sloppy job from the dentist. 100% positive. I’ve had many fillings and they have NEVER hurt me. I suggest you get some Orajel and call your dentist right away.
