That depend on many factors,
first of all depend on oral maintenance at ur home if u do proper tooth brush and u keep your oral hygiene in good health that will delay the rebuild of plaque
2nd depend on ur saliva component, some people have alot of mineral is them saliva secretion and other non, So ppl with high amount of mineral in them saliva the will re build the plaque faster than other
However the regular visit for dentist to check that usually between 6-12 months

With proper maintenance of your teeth and a good diet, there shouldn’t be any plaque build up. In addtion to brushing and flossing I found that a good plaque preventing mouthwash really helps. I do make a yearly visit to the Dentist for a cleaning a check-up. So from personal experience, I know that you can go at least a year with no plaque.

Did you not discuss this with your dentist?
