Add a bit of baking soda to your dry toothpaste on your toothbrush and brush regularly. Do this as often as you want. I do it twice a day every day and my teeth are really white even though they were white to begin with. You’ll see results in about three or four weeks.

Mixing toothpaste and bicarbonate of soda while you’re brushing will help get rid of stains. It is abrasive. You should have brushed.
